Pisces - Summer 2005

GENERAL

Getting your house in order is one of the summer's astrological themes; making lasting and loving memories is another. Uranus, like a wasp, continues to buzz in and out of your life - no big summer holiday for him, sadly - so, especially if you have a 1st March birthday don't set your plans in stone, or assume other people will act according to your expectations. (And this trend will be much in evidence around 1st and 14th June, 30th July and 1st and 16th September.) The summer is an excellent period of the year in which to try new things, whether this means visiting far-flung destinations, making daring changes on the home front or taking up new interests, both in terms of activities and people.

LOVE

In your diary, shade in pink and red the period of 23rd July - 17th August for this will be when all the big planetary guns will be out helping you meet that special person, mend a broken fence and generally make whoopee! Also, if you have been waiting for the impetus to do something about a long-standing liaison this period has enough sparks to launch a rocket into orbit! You know, you have a pattern of devoting yourself to the lost and the loveless, which means you have a history of relationships in which you have been used and abused: thanks to the positions of Uranus and Pluto (and at those aforementioned times in the summer) you have the opportunity to turn that pattern right around.

WORK AND FINANCE

There's more of an adventurer and a risk-taker in you than you may like to admit, and since many Pisceans (particularly the mid-March birthdays) are beginning to feel restless in their jobs or starting to sense that things may change in the very near future, the summer is the time to make real and solid plans to head into a new and uncertain direction in the autumn. Being fulfilled in what you do is ultimately more important than receiving a pay-check, and the weird thing is once you find your niche your joy will translate into professional and financial success. With this in mind events of early to mid-September could eject you out of a safe but suffocating rut.

HOME AND LIFESTYLE

Those themes of getting your house in order and creating lasting memories are most evident in personal and family life. The home itself could be the scene of packing, sorting, eliminating and cleansing, whether in terms of household effects or psychological processes - maybe both. You could find a long-lost object or reconnect with a long-lost individual, and even though you may be moving into a new space - temporarily or permanently - the past keeps coming up to be dealt with. July brings new life into being, and babies and the younger generation play a big part in the summer's story, and those lasting and loving memories.
