| Virgo - Summer 2005 |
GENERAL
The summer truly is your time in the sun. Planets highlight the upper quadrant of your solar chart, putting you in the driver's seat and in the forefront of social events and family occasions. June and September are the months with the most to offer, both in the sense of surprise developments and opportunities to change a dull pattern of life, while late July through most of August finds you on a slower schedule, perhaps retreating to some haven far away from the madding crowd. Early and mid-September birthdays face the biggest challenges yet it is also this group who has the greatest potential to set off on a brilliant new course.
LOVE
When Venus transits your sign, you have one of the best opportunities in a year to establish greater harmony in relationships and, if appropriate, to find a new partner: Venus makes you more appealing and opens your heart to love, so when you wake up on the 23rd July, remember you're fully stocked with charm particles until 17th August, and certainly ready to make magic on the weekend of the 13th! Nonetheless, with Uranus and Pluto evoking the best and worst in love and life throughout the summer, events on or near the 14th June, 31st July and 14th-18th September could send an already fragile association into meltdown.
WORK AND FINANCE
June's stars bring out your ambitious qualities and help you make an impact on those who must be impressed. Events on or near the 1st and 14th could change a long-standing pattern, first and foremost in regard to your job, and second, in terms of your family and domestic location. A similar effect is to be found in September, so it may be that throughout the summer you are debating the pros and cons of staying where you are, despite the drawbacks, or taking a risk and moving. While the decision must be yours, I would remind you of the old adage: there can be no growth without change...
HOME AND LIFESTYLE
This should be an active and adventurous summer. It's time you got out from your usual surroundings and became involved in team-activities or at least discovered the advantages of exercise. While you may feel that home is anything but the peaceful haven you'd like it to be, life will be easier if you leave others to their own devices and go along with events, even if you do not whole heartedly approve. A piece of the past could well emerge in mid-June or mid-September, providing an opportunity for healing but also to reaffirm your priorities and move on.
